How eating healthy can help reduce stress:
Eating healthier also has huge benefits on individuals that are stressed out. Simply eating foods with omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and other health-friendly foods has been proven to reduce stress. Another way to help relieve stress can be to drink tea. Drinking chamomile tea before bed or green tea during the day can help improve brain function and sleep, ultimately leading to less stress. We oftentimes forget that what we put into our bodies affects how we feel, so remember to keep that in mind the next time you go shopping!
